About this campaign
The Dream: Alex’s soul craves silence. He longs to trade the honking tuk-tuks for the roar of a lion, and the neon glow of Khao San Road for the African sunset. His dream is to travel to the Maasai Mara in Kenya to volunteer with a wildlife conservation trust, helping to track elephant migrations and protect endangered rhinos.
The Problem: Airfare from Bangkok to Nairobi, combined with the conservation fees, is steep. As a teacher, Alex’s salary covers his rent and his passion for travel, but the "big trip" has always seemed just out of reach.
